The property is a smaller complex in a Residential Neighborhood real close to Transportation and shopping.

We usually remodel any newly vacated unit by Freshly Painting and the Units are Freshly Cleaned.

Pets- We will allow just one indoor only Small 25lb or less Pet Dog or Pet Cat ($250 Pet Deposit required) , no dangerous breeds allowed , and we would consider other types of Pets such as contained in a Cage, Tank, Aquarium a deposit could be charged with a limit of a 5 gallons size only allowed.

Utilities- The Owner pays Gardening on the common grounds. This unit includes paid utilities. The tenant would have to check on the availability of Cable or Internet Services and for Satellite Dishes we do have certain Rules and Restrictions.

The application processing fee is $40 per adult. Each adult interested will have to complete an application. We will only take certified funds for the application processing fee (cashier's check or money order or cash, no personal checks). Application Processing Fees are not refundable.

Mandatory Renter's Insurance is Required or Payment of $15 Monthly for base liabilty.

For a studio, because they are fairly large, we will take up to a maximum of 2 people (and up to 3 also in a 1-Bedroom).
